《3x3》當代插畫雜志創刊于2003年，是國際發行雜志中唯一一本專注于當代插畫的出版物。這本著名的插畫時尚雜志于美國出版并在全球發行。旨在保護和促進各種形式插畫的發展。評審團會為有影響力的作品制作年鑒、策劃目錄，在進行展示后正式出版。
