Regarding the International Competition for Conceptual Planning and Design of Sanya Dadonghai Urban Renewal,the addendum and Q&A of the announcements and the related documents are as follows.For contents that are not mentioned in the former documents or inconsistent with this addendum and Q&A,this addendum and Q&A shall prevail.The Chinese version shall prevail.

The bilingual(English–Chinese)PDF version of the Design Brief for the pre-qualification phase is hereby released.
黃色高亮為中文修訂；其余中文內容與已發布的資格預審階段《設計任務書》一致，僅用于提供英文翻譯參考。文件內容以最新發布的PDF文件中的中文版本為準。
Please see the yellow highlight for the modification on the Chinese contents.The rest of the contents are identical to that of the previously released Design Brief for the pre-qualification phase.The document is provided for English translation reference.In case of any inconsistency,the Chinese version contained in the latest released PDF shall prevail.

Based on careful assessment of the impact of the Chinese New Year public holiday,and in order to allow design teams to have adequate time to understand the project’s design contents and submit well-prepared application documents,the important deadlines in the competition schedule are now adjusted as follows:
