  一、征集背景
  南頭古城自東晉咸和六年(公元331年）設置東官郡起，距今已有近1700年的歷史，是歷代嶺南沿海地區的行政管理中心、海防要塞、海上交通和對外貿易的集散地。因此，南頭古城也被譽為“粵東首郡，港澳源頭”。
  南頭古城保護與利用項目自2019年正式啟動，歷經6年的更新改造，古城已蝶變成為灣區文化新地標。為彰顯南頭古城深厚文化底蘊，拓展古城文化內涵，打造古城文化IP，現面向全球開展南頭古城形象標識征集活動。
  I.Submission Background
  Nantou City,tracing its origins to the establishment of Dongguan Commandery in 331 AD during the Eastern Jin Dynasty’s Xianhe era,stands as a living testament to nearly 1,700 years of continuous history.This remarkable site has served as the administrative capital of coastal Lingnan regions,a strategic coastal defense fortress,and a vital hub for maritime trade and foreign commerce.As such,Nantou City is also known as the First Commandery County in Eastern Guangdong,and the cultural Source of Hong Kong and Macao.
  The renovation of Nantou City began in 2019.After six years of comprehensive renewal and transformation,it has now emerged as a new cultural landmark in the Greater Bay Area.To showcase Nantou City's rich cultural heritage,deepen its cultural significance,and establish its cultural identity,we now launch a global open call for its official logo design.
  二、征集時間及評選流程
  （一）發布時間：2025年7月7日
  （二）截稿時間：2025年8月4日24時（北京時間）
  截止時間為郵件送達時間，逾期將不具備應征資格。
  （三）評審及公示時間：2025年8月5日-8月22日
  II.Submission Period and Evaluation Process
  1.Contest Announcement:July 7th,2025
  2.Submission Deadline:24:00,August 4th,2025(Beijing Time)
  The deadline refers to the time at which the email is received,and submissions received after this time will not be eligible.
  3.Evaluation and Results Announcement:
  August 5th,2025-August 22nd,2025
  三、獎項和獎金
  （一）設計金獎（1名）：獎金3萬元+獲獎證書，主辦方將優先采用獲獎作品作為南頭古城形象標識
  （二）設計銀獎（4名）：獎金1.5萬元+獲獎證書
  （三）設計銅獎（8名）：獎金8千元+獲獎證書
  （四）設計優勝獎（12名）：獎金5千元+獲獎證書
  （五）設計創意獎（數量按照未入圍作品數的10%計算，四舍五入，總數不超過15名）：獎金3千元+獲獎證書
  注：以上獎金均為稅前金額，獲獎者應自行按照相關國家（包括但不限于中華人民共和國）及相關地區的法律規定納稅
  III.Awards
  1.Gold Award(1 winner):￥30,000 RMB and Award Certificate
  (*The winning work will be a priority to be adopted as the logo of Nantou City.)
  2.Silver Awards(4 winners):￥15,000 RMB and Award Certificate
  3.Bronze Award(8 winners):￥8,000+Award Certificate
  4.Merit Award(12 winners):￥5,000+Award Certificate
  5.Design Creativity Award(Up to 15 winners):￥3,000+Award Certificate
  (*Number of recipients:10%of non-shortlisted entries,round to the nearest,capped at 15.*)
  Note:The prizes above are pre-tax.Winners should comply with the tax regulations of relevant countries(including but not limited to the People’s Republic of China)and regions.
